The ideal candidate would be either an FQT with experience or a condfident and ambitious NQT.The department is loking for a dynamic and creative team player who is able to contribute his/her ideas on improving interest for pupils of all ability groups.The school recognises the importance of this subject, and expect the successful applicant to apply a standard and style of teaching that will encourage and motivate pupils to do the best they can and to be proud of their acheivement and understanding.The school in turn, offers fantastic development resources and the facilities are excellent.There is potential for the successful candidate to progress very quickly both within the department and the school management structure in fact,the school anticipates that the person for this position is seeking such an opportunity, although initially,this is a short term position.
