Meet the Team - Coventry
justteachers has over 45 staff across the UK and in Australia offering a professional first class service to our teacher members and schools. We know that it is important for you to know who you are speaking to so we would like to introduce some of the Coventry Team:
Caroline
Branch Manager Caroline joined justteachers from an accountancy recruitment business and has almost 13 years experience in the recruitment industry. Originally from Ireland, she moved to the West Midlands from Dublin in 1996. As a mother of a young daughter, she fully understands the importance of high quality teaching professionals in the classroom.
Amanda
Being a ‘people person’, Amanda enjoys engaging with Special Needs Schools and Teaching Assistants in the Coventry area. She joined justteachers in September 2007, with a wide array of sales and training experience, from hair and beauty to selling cars. Amanda has a special interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN) as her friend’s son has special needs, and for that reason she is very passionate and committed about making sure that he and others like him have good quality teachers.
Gemma
Gemma came to work for justteachers on temporary basis several years ago but enjoyed it so much she decided to stay on a permanent basis. She now recruits quality teachers into Primary Schools across the Coventry area. Gemma has a good knowledge of the local area and schools as she has always lived in Coventry. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping and socialising with friends.
Sarah
As a mother of two children currently in the education system, Sarah feels strongly about supporting schools with their supply needs, ensuring that only the highest quality, subject specific teachers are provided to schools. Safeguarding children is of the utmost importance to her as a mother and underpins justteachers comprehensive vetting processes. In her spare time Sarah is a keen cyclist and enjoys having fun with family and friends.
Selena
Sales Support Officer, Selina is very much a ‘people’s person’ and enjoys working alongside the Coventry team. Before joining justteachers, she spent 11 years modelling and 8 years gaining recruitment experience within the Commercial and IT sectors.
Selina is positive, confident and outgoing and when not supporting the Coventry team is kept active and on her toes by her 4-year-old daughter.
